Sparkenhoe’s Red Leicester is the only handmade raw cow’s milk Leicester, made in the UK using traditional methods. It’s bound in muslin cloth and matured for six months on beech wood shelves. This cheese is creamy and nutty, with a sweet, citrus finish.
