We take our Black & Blue wheels after they’re nearly done aging and soak them in Branch Bender’s Legends cider for a minimum of two months. The result? An incredible piquant blue with a delicate sweetness and appley aroma. A local collaboration rooted in the terroir of our mountain community.

After our Black & Blue goat’s milk cheese comes out of the aging room, we plunge it into hard cider for an additional minimum of two months, taste testing each batch until it’s perfect. Then we carefully hand-wrap it and send it on its way to you.
