For a limited time, we brought back a cheese we haven’t made in years: Jumping Jack! This is a mild, semi-hard goat cheese with a dusty orange and white rind, reminiscent of the Tommes made high up in the Basque Pyrenees. If you like Cabra LaMancha or Carpenter’s Wheel, you’re sure to love Jumping Jack. We’re pairing with a mini jar of intensely flavored coffee blossom honey and a wheel of soft-ripened cow’s milk Bloomy Breeze.
