All our goat cheeses are represented in this sampler. Cabra LaMancha, Cave Dweller, MountainTop, Spruce Reserve, Merry Goat Round, White Rock, Fresh Goat Cheese, and Black & Blue. We’ve paired them with a maple bourbon apple butter and box of imported Welsh crackers. This is a big spread, so be prepared to share!
