Each month’s box includes three cheeses from FireFly Farms and other producers, along with pairings (jams, nuts, dried fruit) and crackers. Past months have featured our Merry Goat Round, a wedge of Cabra la Mancha, Thomasville Tomme, a sweet piece of real honeycomb, lime and saffron almonds, and olive oil crisps.
